                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF
                   SEWER EASEMENTS FROM LENTON E. SPARKS AND
                   BARBARA W. SPARKS, RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO.
                   76, DAYTONA HEIGHTS COLLECTION SYSTEM, TRACT
                   NOS. 209.1 AND 212, FOR A TOTAL
                   CONSIDERATION OF THREE THOUSAND THREE
                   HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($3,300.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of sewer easements from Lenton E. Sparks and Barbara W.
       Sparks, relative to Contract No. 76, Daytona Heights Collection
       System, Tract Nos. 209.1 ($2,100.00) and 212 ($1,200.00), for a
       total consideration of $3,300.00.
